All FOIA requests should be submitted to the LaSalle County Emergency Management Agency located at 711 E. Etna Road, Ottawa, IL  61350.  Requests can be submitted by mail, in person, E-mail, or by fax to (815) 434-2623, Monday through Friday 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.  Once you have been approved to receive copies of the requested records, and upon receipt of payment (The first 50 pages are free and each page after is 15 cents), the requested documents will be provided to you.
